At Crestcom Southern California, we believe we can make our State a better, more ethical place by developing great leaders. This belief is the cornerstone of all that we do and that’s why we’re excited to announce our newest Crestcom SoCal Cares Initiative: The L.E.A.D. Scholarship. That’s right – we’re giving away one scholarship* to our flagship 12-month leadership development program, beginning in January 2021. Because despite all the change that 2020 has brought, there’s one thing that hasn’t changed – the need for professional development and personal growth.

Nominate your friend, your colleague, your boss, your direct report, or anyone that you think deserves the opportunity to develop and grow their leadership skills. Let us know in 150 words or less why the nominee deserves to attend our monthly, live facilitated virtual leadership workshops – a $6000 value. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, January 7th. The scholarship winner will be selected on January 8th, 2021.
